CAPAMA Successfully Delivers High-Efficiency Air Cushion Compact Production Line for Shanghai Cosmetics Manufacturer
CAPAMA has recently completed the installation and commissioning of a high-performance air cushion compact sealing production line for a Shanghai-based cosmetics manufacturer. The project was designed to address the customer’s growing production demand and to significantly improve manufacturing efficiency for cosmetic air cushion packaging products.
After a comprehensive evaluation of the customer’s production environment, product structure, and investment strategy, CAPAMA engineering team developed two customized production solutions based on different product characteristics and automation requirements.
The first solution is based on the HCZ-6G Semi-Automatic Sealing Machine, which was selected for air cushion compact products that are sensitive to surface scratches and impact damage. Considering the customer’s cost control strategy and the need for flexible operation, a semi-automatic configuration was implemented. Compared with the customer’s original equipment, this solution achieved at least a 200% increase in production capacity, while ensuring stable sealing quality and consistent production output.
The second solution utilizes the HCZ-8G Fully Automatic Sealing Machine, designed for products suitable for high-speed automated processing. This fully integrated system includes vibratory bowl feeding, robotic material handling, automatic aluminum foil placement, intelligent workstation switching, closed-loop temperature control, servo-driven pressure regulation, robotic finished product unloading, and conveyor-based automatic packaging flow.
With this advanced automation configuration, the production line achieved more than 300% capacity improvement compared to the original production process, while significantly reducing labor dependency and improving overall production stability.
